Processing & Shipping
Standard orders require 3–5 business days for processing. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on location.
Preorders require 5–7 business days for processing followed by 2–5 business days for
shipping,, depending on location.
● Tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped (please allow
24-48 hours for updates)
● Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, sales, or holidays
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or prior to shipment—whichever occurs first.
After this timeframe, orders are considered final and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
● Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation
● Preorders are not eligible for cancellation after the 24-hour window.
Address Accuracy & Order Changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at check out.
● Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has been placed, and incorrect
addresses may result in additional reshipping fees
● Orders may require verification prior to processing to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud

Orders, Verification, & Acceptance

Failure to provide required verification may result in order cancellation
