We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent, inaccurate, or incomplete information is suspected. 


3. Orders, Acceptance & Verification 
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion   
  • Limit quantities purchased per customer, household, or address   
  • Request additional verification, including identification or billing confirmation   

Failure to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation. 

 
4. Pricing & Payment Terms 
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be 
successfully authorized before order processing. 

We are not responsible for pricing errors, and we reserve the right to cancel any order affected by such errors. 


5. Processing, Shipping & Delivery 
Processing and shipping times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. 

Once an order has been shipped, House of Ki is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Order Cancellations 
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or prior to shipment, whichever occurs first. After this period, all orders are final and cannot be canceled or modified.


7. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges 
All sales are final. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are only issued in cases of verified errors on our end and must comply with our Refund Policy. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, and unauthorized returns will not be processed.


8. Product Disclaimer 
Due to the natural characteristics of raw and virgin hair, slight variations in texture, color, and pattern may occur. 

House of Ki is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, chemical processing, or third-party handling. 


9. Intellectual Property Rights 
All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, product descriptions, and branding, is the exclusive property of House of Ki. 

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

10. User Content & Submissions 
By submitting reviews, images, or other content, you grant House of Ki a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes. 

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or misleading.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Ki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

12. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks 
We actively monitor transactions for fraud. Orders flagged as suspicious may be canceled or held for verification. By purchasing, you agree to contact us to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback. 

Misuse of chargebacks may result in account restrictions and refusal of future service.
